Since the 90’s I’m very passionate in pastry cooking. I’ve been building up my skill and experiences by taking pastry classes and private lessons with various local and international (European and American) pastry professional chef in Jakarta. Supported
by my talent, I’ve gained exponential growth, in the year 2000 I opened my bakery shop which currently I’m still running, and in 2002 I’ve expanded my business by opening my own café and baking school. A few years after I enhanced further my skill my diving into culinary world, cooking both local and international dishes. I’m always excited to learn new things and never hesitate to share my knowledge on baking/cooking, also I keep driving myself to be best that I can. And this 2017, I join private cooking class in Jialei to increase my cooking skill, and get more experiences in cooking. I love baking and cooking.
